  日本語教師養成講座（４２０時間）修了者、日本語教育能力検定試験合格者、またそれと同等の経験を持つ者の中から、教師としての適性と人柄を重視して採用しています。
• 勉強会
  採用後にMLCで6ヵ月間の研修を受けます。教科書と教材の使い方や教え方などの実践的ノウハウを学びます。また、これまでにMLCに蓄積された様々なノウハウを学びます。
• 教材の共有
  MLCには豊富なオリジナル教材が準備されています。ワークシート、リスト、絵教材、クイズ、テストなどを学習者のニーズに合わせて使えるようになっています。また、各教室にはＰＣが設置され、イラストや写真を見たり、音声教材を聞いたりして会話練習や復習ができるようになっています。
